Return and Refund Policy

Order Cancellations & Custom Orders

• Standard Items (Classic Edition): You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation and receive an immediate refund. After 24 hours, production begins.

• Custom / Personalized Items (Custom Quote Edition): Because these items are handcrafted specifically to your individual technical specifications and personalization requests, they are strictly exempt from the right of withdrawal under European Union law. Once an order for a custom piece is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

14-Day Return Policy (For Standard Items)

For non-customized products, we have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after the date of delivery (when you or a third party receive the physical goods) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at kontakt.liart@wp.pl. Once you submit a return request, we will send you an automatic email confirmation acknowledging your request. Please note that approved returns must be shipped to: ulica Ustecka 11, 76-270 Przewłoka, Poland

Items sent back to us without first formally requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items featuring custom quotes or custom designs). We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with EU regulations, if standard (non-customized) merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This 14-day window begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the physical delivery of the last item of your order. Your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
