Order Processing & Production Time

Because all our rugs and tufted products are meticulously handcrafted to order, please note that there is a standard production time of 7 to 14 business days before your item is ready to ship. We appreciate your patience as we build your custom piece from scratch. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship locally in Poland, across the European Union, and to select international destinations (including the United States).

• Poland: 1–3 business days (after production is completed)

• European Union: 3–7 business days (after production is completed)

• Rest of the World (e.g., USA): 7–14 business days (after production is completed)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier delays or local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Orders Outside the EU)

All international orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched on a DDU/DAP (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are collected upon delivery by local customs authorities. Liart has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the original shipping costs and any fees incurred to return the package to Poland will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery destination and the total weight/size of your package. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
